Today a have a big desire to share one story, which took place in my life, with you. We often make surprises to our close friends and relatives. It is so because we like to make them happier, we like to see their smiles and we like to amaze people. I have one friend. She is a very pretty girl and a very kind person. To tell the truth I can’t imagine my life without her. But the thing is that there is an unpleasant tradition in her life. Unfortunately, she always catches a cold on her birthday. So imagine in what mood she is on such a day!

I remember that at that time she wasn’t going to celebrate her birthday. But my friend and I decided to present her with a small, but a sweet surprise. We bought a gorgeous cake, necessary amount of candles and made our way towards her place, without telling about our visit. When she opened the door and saw us holding the cake with candles burning, there was no limit to her surprise and happiness. She said that she would remember that birthday forever.

It is November outside the window. I don’t know what the weather is today, where you live, but in my city it is pouring cats and dogs. But in spite of it I am in a good and happy mood. Maybe you will ask me: “Why? Why do you like this sort of weather, when everyone does not want to do anything, when everybody surrenders himself to a sense of apathy?” Yes, I can agree with you that sometimes we all are out of humor. And it can happen irrespective of the weather. Today I am in the right mood not because I like rain or autumn in whole. I like this day because I realize that it will be the 1^st of December in several days. And then the festive bustle and turmoil will begin.

The 1^st of December is like a signal flag to start thinking of everything what one must do, of all necessary preparations, of purchases, what one should choose for each close person. It is natural that a headache for almost all men is a holiday cheer. Everyone thinks where to buy good and fresh fruits, delicious candies and chocolate products in order to amaze his guests. Men, make a note!

Dear readers, recently I have come to the conclusion that men don’t understand women at all and do not know anything about their wishes, desires and needs. I think that they are sure that we, women, are very complicated. Yes, we shouldn’t dispute and object to this fact. But our wishes aren’t as difficult as it seems, are they? And to my mind this men’s conviction is the first significant problem on the way to harmony, understanding and good relations between the sexes.

I am sure that those men, who are reading this article now, think that they know everything about what girls need. I can even give some examples of their thoughts:

gold and diamonds - they are sure that it is all what we want. Yes, we like precious stones, jewels. It's not for nothing that there is such a statement: “Girl’s best friends are diamonds” But I can say with certainty that these precious adornments won’t ever replace your love;

money (in all its other displays) – here I mean cars, clothes from famous brands, expensive restaurants and so on.

But women need quite different things. I know that it sounds strange. We need your attention, care, kindness; we need to feel that we are in safety. Women like to feel men’s support. Finally we must feel that we are loved! And it doesn’t matter if all this is made with the help of cheap or expensive things.

And now, men, I will give you one practical advice. At first you should choose the right day – your half will be absent at home till evening and you have to make sure that children won’t disturb you. To my mind there are such things in the life of every person, which can be a life buoy. These various things can help to distract us from life troubles, to relieve the tension, to calm us down and to relax. In some definite situations they even can give us time to think disturbing issues over. Just now I don’t mean friends and relatives or any other people at all! For instance, some people like to go for a drive, some like to go for a jog, some prefer to go dancing and the others like to drink. Everyone has his own life buoy. As for me there are three words which make me happy and they always save my life. And they all begin with letter “c”. I wonder if you can guess them. Alright I’ll unveil my secret to you. These magical words are: “Candies, Chocolate and Cakes!”

I think a lot of people enjoy my weaknesses. And in this article I want to tell you about one more new place, which can be near your house, where you can buy your sweet dreams. All these things can be carried out by one company – Fannie May Fine Chocolates. It can be your fairy, which can fulfill any chocolate wish.

The Company hopes to open the store by the 5th of November.

Concerning the Elmhurst City Centre, its director, Tom Paravola, said that they are excited about Fannie May Fine Chocolate’s return. He also said: “Fannie May is well-known and they were here previously. Those are all positives.”
